Arthur J. Gallagher affects Oklahoma City benefits group

The brokerage giant has acquired an employee benefits service providing insurance to small and middle-market businesses and individual clients

Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. announced April 5 that is has acquired Oklahoma City-based Capitol Benefits Group.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Capitol Benefits Group, founded 1999, offers employee benefits insurance products and consulting services to both small and middle-market businesses, as well as individual clients. The company primarily served clients throughout the Central United States.

The entire Capitol team will continue to operate from its current location under the leadership of Arthur J. Gallagher South Central employee benefit consulting and brokerage operations head John Neumaier.
