Gallagher & Co. announced April 13 that it has acquired the Waite Park-based Charles Allen Agency Inc. in Minnesota.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Mark Gresser, head of Charles Allen Agency Inc., and his associates will continue to operate from their Waite Park location, with Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. Midwest region retail property/casualty brokerage operation head Michael Pesch overseeing operations.
The Charles Allen Agency Inc. is a retail insurance broker founded in 2010 that offers commercial surety bonding and insurance services. The firm primarily serves the Midwest area, and specializes in coverage related to the construction industry.
