Insurance Business America poll, nearly one-third of respondents said their biggest struggle in selling cyber insurance is overcoming a lack of understanding among clients as to their own risk of data breach.
Another 27% of producers said they themselves don’t understand cyber insurance policies well enough to market them to clients.
