Business to business enterprise insurer Atradius has named Marc Henstridge as new insurance executive and management board member.

Henstridge has been appointed chief insurance operations officer beginning this year following the retirement of Dominique Charpentier, according to a news release. 

Atradius provides such services as credit and cash management, credit insurance, collections, market and regulatory bonds and buyer credit data provision.

Henstridge has been working with Atradius since 1997. His most recent appointment prior to his new position was as director of risk services for the UK and Ireland.

In his new capacity, Henstridge will be responsible for instalment credit protection, bonding, collections, reinsurance, and the project and process unit. He will be based in Amsterdam.

"Constantly evolving with our customers to find new ways to help them safely grow their businesses is essential to our customers' success,” said Isidoro Unda, Atradius N.V. chairman and chief executive officer.
