Company recognizes employees – with tenures ranging up to 45 years – for their long service

Boston Mutual Life Insurance Company has announced it is giving recognition to several employees for their long-term service to the company.

“At Boston Mutual, we invest in our employees’ specialties and careers because we are a company driven by our collective efforts,” said Paul A. Quaranto Jr., chairman, president and CEO of Boston Mutual. “This collaborative philosophy and culture we’ve created is what drives our employees’ strong dedication to the company, propels our success, and attracts new talent year after year.”

The employees recognized by the company had tenures ranging from 10 to 45 years. They were honored in December with a reception at Boston Mutual’s home office.

The acknowledged employees were:

  • 45 years: Mary Walsh, underwriting
  • 40 years: Laura Lee Coveney, insurance operations
  • 35 years: Charles Lucetti, IT, and Mike Nagle, IT
  • 25 years: Pam Tirrell, external affairs and corporate communications
  • 15 years: Marie Christophe, insurance operations
  • 10 years: Brad Gabel, actuarial

Boston Mutual hosts a recognition ceremony once a quarter to celebrate its employees’ milestones.
