South Jersey’s customized risk management solutions provider Hardenbergh Insurance Group (HIG) has bagged a place in the Top Workplaces honors list for this year.
The firm ranked eighth in the awards organized by Workplacedynamics. This is the first time HIG has received this recognition.

“We are honored to be named one of the ‘Top Workplaces’ in the Philadelphia region for the first time,” said HIG chief executive Jon Sharp in a Blackbird report. “Insurance is a fast-paced industry, but we have developed a unique culture that has enabled us to quickly adapt our services…to our customers.”
The organizer measured metrics in company basics, leader, organizational health, and engagement. According to the report, HIG excelled in alignment, effectiveness, connection and helpfulness of the executive team.
HIG has offices across New Jersey and Philadelphia. It is a third-generation family owned and operated business that has been servicing commercial and individual clients for more than six decades.
