Insurance Business America has once again opened its Brokers on Carriers survey to give readers the chance to rate their carriers and help determine the best businesses in the industry.
The survey asks brokers to rate their major partners on key aspects such as innovation, broker communication, underwriting expertise and claims processing.
This is a valuable tool for the industry and allows carriers to benchmark their performance and identify areas for improvement. Information gathered will be used to provide valuable insight into the broker-carrier relationship over the past 12 months and identify the carriers that have outperformed the rest by keeping brokers engaged through the COVID-19 crisis.
