CBIZ, a multi-disciplinary financial business, has hired Sharon Headlee to serve as the company’s new southeast director of operations and director of premier client services.
Headlee will join CBIZ Insurance Services, CBIZ’s insurance unit.
In her new role, Headlee will oversee CBIZ’s southeast property and casualty operations. Also, as director of the company’s southeast premier client services division, she will administer the unit tapping into her experience and leadership skills in high-net-worth personal insurance.
She joins CB IZ with over 30 years of experience in insurance agency operations. Headlee’s previous employment includes serving as director of operations for Celedinas Insurance Group – a Marsh & McLennan Agency subsidiary – and as an acting agency principal with Gallo Insurance Agency.
Headlee is a 2-20 Florida Licensed Agent; a 2-15 Florida Life & Health Agent; and a 1-10 Florida Surplus Lines Agent. She also possesses Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Certified Risk Manager (CRM) designations from The National Alliance, as well as a Chartered Private Risk and Insurance Advisor (CPRIA) designation from St. Johns University.
