Chubb has announced the appointment of Mary Parsons (pictured) as executive vice president for its North America Personal Risk Services (PRS) division. In her new role, Parsons will be responsible for achieving profitable growth targets across all regions of the United States and leading the North American sales and distribution team. She will be based in Whitehouse Station, N.J., and will report to Ana Robic, chief operating officer for North America PRS.

Parsons joined Chubb in 1998 as a personal lines underwriter. Since then, she has held various roles in sales and distribution, including personal lines manager, field sales manager, sales program manager, and, most recently, sales practice leader.

“Mary brings deep sales acumen and a tactical rigor we need to further driver our sales organization forward,” Robic said. “Her leadership will be instrumental in helping our agents and brokers to succeed in growing their businesses, and spearheading efforts around Chubb’s next phase of growth in North America. Mary exemplifies the deep bench of talent we have at Chubb, and I look forward to working with her to further broaden our marketplace presence and the value we provide.”

Parsons succeeds Annmarie Camp, who was previously appointed as head of Chubb’s European PRS division.
