Estrada began his career in 1984. Since then, he’s amassed an exceptional record in both production and senior leadership roles. As a producer, he consistently won top sales awards, including the Exceptional Producer Council Award, which recognizes the top 3% of producers in Willis’s North American Retail Division. Formerly the President and CEO of Northern California for USI Holdings, he is now the Founder and Managing Director of Rainmaker Advisory LLC, a Portland, Oregon-based advisory firm dedicated to the improvement of sales and operational excellence within the insurance industry.
