We are conducting our second annual Five-star Carriers survey, and we want your feedback! We’ve asked the agent and broker community to rank the qualities they look for in carriers. By rating how your carrier partners perform in these areas, you'll help identify the best carriers in the business and which could use some improvement.

Last year, agents told us that while they were – in general – satisfied with their carriers, there was room for improvement. Quote turnaround times were not up to par, and technological offerings were lacking. Furthermore, there was some uneasiness in just how committed carriers were to the broker distribution channel.
