DUAL North America has announced the appointment of Peter Gosselink as executive vice president of its fine art program.
In his new role, Gosselink will be responsible for overseeing the strategic development and growth of DUAL's fine art program, which offers specialized coverage for both commercial and private art collections and stock in trade. Gosselink will also focus on expanding DUAL's fine art portfolio by focusing on creating unique solutions for the company's brokers.
DUAL's fine art program offers tailored insurance products designed for a wide range of art collections and stock in trade, encompassing paintings, sculptures, archaeological materials, sports memorabilia, antiques, and other items of significant artistic or historical value. The program not only covers domestic and international risks but also provides additional coverage options, such as terrorism, flood, earthquake, defense costs, restoration, and event cancellation.
Working in collaboration with a panel of insurers, the fine art program features primary limits of $30 million and excess limits of $50 million, with a minimum attachment point of $25 million for excess placements.
