Generali Global Assistance has announced that its proprietary identity and digital protection platform has received a Parent Tested Parent Approved (PTPA) Seal of Approval.

The PTPA Seal of Approval is a major consumer product award certification in North America. It has a reviewer base of over 75,000 millennial parents.

PTPA product testers provided generally positive feedback on Generali Global Assistance’s identity protection platform. Notably, Generali is one of only two identity protection providers to have received the PTPA Seal of Approval.

“We are honored that our identity protection platform and family identity protection plans have been recognized with a PTPA Seal of Approval, demonstrating its effectiveness and ease-of-use according to prestigious parent testers,” said Generali Global Assistance president and COO Paige Schaffer.

“Our team works 24 hours a day, seven days a week to protect customers against, or rectify, identity theft and fraud, and their tireless efforts have been rewarded through this certification,” Schaffer added. “Users of our platform have access to a full suite of identity protection solutions as well as Generali Global Assistance’s award-winning customer service team. This comprehensive approach sets us apart as we continue to lead the charge in keeping identities safe and secure.”
