Grange Insurance Company has announced the addition of Holly Benson (pictured above, left) and Phil Davis (pictured above, right) to its board of directors, with their appointments set to take effect on February 22, 2024.

Benson steps into her new role, bringing over 25 years of experience in strategic development and services across various sectors such as healthcare, government, and public policy.

As the founder and CEO of Screen Corps, LLC, and with her prior roles at Health Care Enterprises and significant government positions in Florida, Benson is poised to contribute a diverse perspective to the board.

Grange president & CEO John Ammendola lauded Benson’s extensive leadership and cross-functional expertise.

“Holly will bring a unique perspective to our board. I’m confident she will add value as we continue forward on our strategic journey,” Ammendola said.

Davis, recognized for his 25 years of advisory and consulting experience in sectors including banking, insurance, and technology, also joins the board. Currently, Davis is a managing director at Accenture, where he spearheads the firm’s client experience capabilities.

Davis’s previously held positions at Bain and Company and Visa have equipped him with a deep understanding of growth strategies and customer experience enhancements, it was suggested.

“His strong background in growth strategies, customer experience leading practices and organizational transformation will add value as we build on Grange’s financial strength, digital capabilities and technology investments,” Ammendola said.

The announcement comes as part of the company’s ongoing efforts to enhance its strategic direction and governance with skilled leadership.

“We welcome Holly and Phil to the Grange Insurance Company board of directors. Their extensive leadership experiences will add enormous value to Grange as we continue to innovate, transform and modernize for our associates, our agents and our valued policyholders,” board chair Marnette Perry said.
