A healthy broker-carrier relationship is more important than ever, with rapid changes reshaping today’s marketplace.
Last year’s Brokers on Carriers report saw 25 carriers receive a five-star rating from brokers by scoring an average of 8.0 or higher in at least one category.
Now, brokers are being encouraged to take part in the Brokers on Carriers 2020 survey to provide valuable feedback on their carriers’ performance and services over the past year.
The information gathered will be a powerful tool for businesses to benchmark their performance and identify areas for improvement.
