Insurance brokerage
HUB International Limited announced Monday that it has acquired the assets of Beverly Hills-based Parq Advisors.
Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Parq Advisors specializes in offering life and disability insurance solutions to high profile athletes, entertainers, and professionals.
Justin Siegel and Ryan Stromsborg, co-managing partners at Parq Advisors, will join HUB California and will report to HUB California senior executive vice president Andrew Forchelli.
“Having Justin, Ryan and their team part of the Hub organization presents a great deal of synergy by providing innovative insurance solutions to ultra-affluent, high profile professionals,” said Forchelli in a statement issued by HUB. “Additionally, the combination of Parq and Hub, is a truly one of a kind offering for the entertainment industry, a key industry focus for Hub.”
