HUB International Limited has acquired the assets of Gathings Insurance Services, LLC, a Ridgeland-based agency. Gathings joins three other offices across Mississippi owned by
HUB International under the HUB Gulf South name.
Gathings Insurance Services primarily offers employee benefits as well as property and casualty insurance solutions.
The firm’s principal James M. Gathings will join HUB Gulf South, and will report to the chief sales officer Shaun Norris. Gathings’ senior account executives Michael C. Ulmer and D. Kirk Scoggins and the other remaining members of the agency will also join the 250-strong HUB Gulf South.
Based in Chicago, HUB International Limited offers property and casualty, life and health, employee benefits, investment and risk management products and services from its various locations across North America.
