The acquisition train continues for Hub International, as the global insurance broker reveals that it has snapped up The Juban Insurance Group.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, The Juban Insurance Group is an independent insurance agency specializing in business and personal insurance. According to a company release, Juban’s expertise in commercial auto and real estate insurance will support Hub’s specialty practices.
As part of the transaction, Juban Insurance Group president Phillip Juban and his team will join Hub Gulf South.

This is Hub’s third acquisition announced this week. On Monday, the broker revealed that it had acquired the assets of Lansdale, PA-based Incentive Systems, Inc., a provider of employee benefits services.

Then on Tuesday, Hub said that it had purchased David Trachtenberg, Inc. in Newtown Square, PA. The acquired firm is a full-service insurance agency that offers both personal and commercial insurance.
