“The addition of Essential Insurance Services adds significant talent to our team. For us, acquisitions are not just a financial motivator, they are about gaining expertise,” Alan Jay Kaufman, chairman, president and chief executive.

As it makes the transition into HW Kaufman, the Colorado based audit firm will become part of US-Reports, which is the parent firm’s national provider of audit, inspection and risk management services.

US-Reports president Jon Kovach claimed that “the acquisition will give Essential’s current client base greater reach with… expanded services.”
