Independent brokerage house IMA has announced the promotion of Kyle Orndoff to oversee the company’s Wichita operations.
Orndoff’s appointment is an internal promotion. In his new capacity, he will manage nearly 200 employees and undertake reputation management duties.

His accomplishments in the company include initiating a client retention program that enjoys a 97% success rate and managing the company’s talent pool. He joined IMA in 2004.
“Kyle is a beloved leader from within the company. He understands our client’s expectations and their requirements. His ability to attract, retain and motivate employees is unmatched. Our clients and our community will benefit greatly from his leadership,” Kurt Watson, IMA Financial Group president and chief operations officer said in a statement announcing the promotion.
