Influence and inspire: Elite Women 2026 nominations open

Nominations are now open for Elite Women 2026 – Insurance Business America’s 11th annual recognition of female leaders making a lasting impact in insurance.

We’re looking for professionals who are shaping the future of the industry through innovation, leadership, and influence.

If you know a standout woman in insurance - or if that’s you – we encourage you to complete the survey form by Friday, Sept. 19.

Winners will be selected with the assistance of an independent advisory panel from Alliant Insurance Services, Inc., the Association of Professional Insurance Women, Aon, Gallagher, the National African American Insurance Association (NAAIA), and the Asian American Insurance Network. 

Winners will be announced on the Insurance Business website in March, in celebration of International Women’s Day 2026.
