Insurance carriers, distributors, and intermediaries have announced a series of senior appointments across operations, technology, marketing, and private client segments.
Chubb names EVP for operations, technology and digital transformation
Chubb Limited has appointed Seshadri (Sesh) Iyer (pictured, left) as executive vice president, Chubb Group, operations, technology and digital transformation, effective April 6.
He succeeds Julie Dillman, who is retiring on April 2.
In his new role, Iyer will have executive oversight of Chubb’s global operations and technology. He Iyer joins Chubb from Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he spent nearly 20 years working with clients across industries. Most recently, he served as the North America chair for BCG X, the firm’s tech design and build unit. He also led BCG’s work in the Americas in lean services and operations in technology and IT, and cloud computing.
Plymouth Rock names CMO for Independent Agency Group
Plymouth Rock Assurance has appointed Elliott Seaborn (pictured, right) as chief marketing officer (CMO) of its Independent Agency (IA) Group.
In his new role, Seaborn will oversee go‑to‑market strategy, distribution and agency experience for the IA business. He brings more than 30 years of experience building and scaling distribution systems across business‑to‑business, business‑to‑consumer and agent‑intermediated sales and marketing environments. His background includes seven years with Progressive, as well as more than a decade consulting for insurance companies across multiple sectors.
Prior to joining Plymouth Rock, Seaborn served as chief marketing officer at IntelyCare and Monster, where he led development of technology‑driven distribution platforms that combined digital interactions with person‑to‑person sales relationships.
Alliant hires SVP with Alliant Private Client
Alliant Insurance Services has appointed Jennifer Dantona as senior vice president with Alliant Private Client.
Dantona brings more than 20 years of technical experience supporting sophisticated personal insurance portfolios, including many individuals and families in the entertainment sector.
In her new role, she will focus on expanding Alliant Private Client’s presence while working closely with ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients on coverage strategies that address complex personal risks, including property, liability, specialty and cross‑border exposures.
CRC Group adds three underwriting leaders to select binding platform

CRC Group has added three underwriting professionals to its select binding platform, further building out its specialty and small commercial capabilities for retail agents.
John Eberhardt (pictured immediately above, left) has joined CRC Specialty as an underwriting team leader in the Tampa, Florida (Bayport), office. He brings extensive experience in binding authority and commercial lines underwriting, along with a disciplined approach to profitable growth and broker relationships.
Meanwhile, Ron Hernandez (pictured immediately above, right) has joined CRC Specialty as an underwriting team leader in the Fresno, California, office. With more than two decades of underwriting and branch leadership experience, he has managed profitable admitted and non‑admitted books while building long-standing agency partnerships.
Nicole Henry has also joined CRC Specialty as an underwriter in Charlotte, North Carolina. She brings experience in commercial underwriting and account management, with expertise in renewal strategy, risk evaluation and portfolio oversight, and a strong focus on profitability and service.
