Verisk has appointed Pradip Patiath (pictured on the left) to its board of directors, effective immediately, adding a senior insurance and technology adviser as the data analytics and insurance technology firm continues to deepen its focus on digital transformation and AI.
Patiath is a senior partner at McKinsey & Company and has co-led the consultancy’s North American digital insurance and consumer and business banking sectors over the past decade.
Verisk said his background in strategy, M&A, digital transformation and financial services will strengthen the board as the company expands its role in insurance workflows.
The company also announced the retirement of Kathleen Hogenson from its board after a decade of service.
MSIG USA has appointed Darin Conselyea (pictured on the right) as chief human resources officer, succeeding Trish Walsh, who is retiring after more than 28 years with the company.
Conselyea brings more than 25 years of HR and operational leadership experience across insurance and financial services. Most recently, he served as head of people operations and talent acquisition at Guardian Life Insurance Company of America, where he also held enterprise HR risk responsibilities and supported technology and AI transformation initiatives.
MSIG USA said he will lead its people strategy, talent development and organizational effectiveness as the specialty insurer continues to grow in the US market.
