Insurance technology provider Patriot National, Inc. last week announced the launch of Patriot Risk Consultants, a subsidiary that will offer loss and safety consulting services across a broad range of industries.
The goals of the new subsidiary are to assist clients in creating a safe work environment that protects physical assets and increases the resilience of the business.
Consulting services offered by PRCinclude health and safety servicces, which teach clients how to prevent workplace injuries and comply with Occupational Health and Safety (OSHA) regulations, premise operations and product liability services. FEderal and state mandated services and fleet transportation and warehouse safety service standards are also considered.
Steven Mariano, chief executive of Patriot National, called the launch of the subsidiary "an important milestone" for the company in its strategy to provide comprehensive outsourced services for commercial clients.
"We take pride in delivering best-in-class consulting services that help our clients achieve their safety objectives and we look forward to growing this important business line," Mariano said.
Mariano has tapped Armand Fernandez to lead the group. An insurance veteran with 20 years of experiene in risk consulting, Fernandez will report to Paul Halter, executive vice president of field operations, Patriot National, Inc, as well as the CEO of Patriot Underwriters, Inc.
