Integro Insurance Brokers has recruited former Marsh senior executive Kevin Rabinowitz, the company’s new head of placement strategy and carrier engagement, for its North American and UK operations.

In his new role at the international broker and risk management firm, Rabinowitz will oversee insurer relationships and promote a cohesive go-to-market strategy among all operating segments.

A managing principal, Rabinowitz is based in New York, reporting directly to Integro CEO William Goldstein.

Rabinowitz joins Integro from rival broker Marsh, where he most recently served as senior vice president and insurer consulting leader. His responsibilities included developing comprehensive, data-driven distribution strategies and enhancing client value through strategic engagement with the marketplace.

He started his career at Marsh in 2007 and held other senior roles including assistant vice president and casualty broker for global risk management and vice president of client executive/business development.

Rabinowitz also holds a chartered property casualty underwriter designation.
