Insurance brokerage platform Keystone Agency Partners (KAP) has announced the appointment of Patrick J. Kinney (pictured above) as president and board member, effective immediately.
Kinney succeeds outgoing CEO Jeff Turner, who has decided to pursue opportunities outside the company. In order to ensure a smooth transition, Turner will serve as a strategic advisor to KAP's board through July 31.
Kinney has served as a strategic advisor to KAP since December 2022, the company said. Prior to joining KAP, he spent nearly 40 years at Travelers, where he held several leadership positions and served on the executive committee. Before his retirement from Travelers, Kinney served as the company’s executive vice president of field management.
