Keystone Agency Partners names new CAO

Keystone Agency Partners (KAP) has announced the appointment of Jennifer MacLaren to the newly created role of chief administrative officer. Previously executive vice president of communications and marketing, MacLaren (pictured above) will continue to oversee KAP’s communications and marketing strategy, while also leading corporate strategic initiatives to ensure cohesion between functional teams, the board of directors and the engagement with internal and external stakeholders.

“Jennifer has been an invaluable contributor to the foundation of our company’s strategic priorities and value proposition,” said Jeff Turner, CEO of KAP. “This expanded role is a natural extension of the work she is already overseeing for KAP to support the operational underpinnings of our unique model and preservation of our ‘connected autonomy’ approach. Under Jennifer’s leadership, our business will continue to benefit from the strong interdependence of corporate strategy, platform partner engagement and communications to internal and external stakeholders.”

MacLaren joined KAP in September. Prior to that, she served as a senior counselor to the company. Before that, she held several senior marketing roles at Willis Towers Watson. She has also served as a senior communications strategies for FTI Consulting in the Americas.
