The Liberty Company Insurance Brokers has announced the appointment of Michelle Montoya as a strategic partnership advisor.
Montoya has a background in human resources. She began her insurance career more than 20 years ago when she made the transition to employee benefits and joined Filice Insurance to launch their HR compliance and consulting service. Since then, she has held various roles within Filice Insurance, most recently serving as CEO.
“I love everything about the Liberty culture and leadership,” Montoya said. “This firm had such amazing growth over the last few years, but in many ways is like a startup. There is still so much to do, and I feel honored to be given the opportunity to use my experience to help continue that growth.”
