The Pennsylvania Compensation Rating Bureau (PCRB) said the Pennsylvania Insurance Department has approved its filing which called for the adjustment on February 4. PCRB submitted the filing to the Insurance Department on December 8.

The approved revised loss costs and related rating values will become effective on a new and renewal basis as of April 1. PCRB has a completed table of approved loss costs and expected loss factors hosted on its website, while manual revisions reflecting the changes will be updated on PCRB’s website.
