In the once male-dominated insurance industry, more women are claiming leadership roles in their organizations and are more empowered than ever.

Insurance Business celebrates the achievements of these female leaders through Elite Women 2025. This special report will showcase the outstanding women making waves in the industry over the past 12 months.

If you or a colleague made a significant contribution to your profession recently, complete this survey form on or before Friday, September 13, to earn a spot on this prestigious list.

Candidates nominated by someone else will receive a self-nomination form as part of the process.

Winners will be selected with the assistance of an independent advisory panel from the American Property Casualty Insurance Association (APCIA), the Association of Professional Insurance Women, Lockton, the HUB International, Aon, Gallagher, and the National African American Insurance Association (NAAIA).

The Elite Women list will be featured on the website in March to celebrate International Women’s Day 2025.
