With the Florida Association of Insurance Agents (FAIA) appointing it as a preferred provider of contract staffing services, Work at Home Vintage Experts (WAHVE) is armed with a proof of concept for its remote expert services, a recent report said.

Under the partnership, FAIA’s 2,100 member agencies will have access to seasoned full-time or part-time staff whose services are available at special rates. WAHVE offers the services of more than 300 vintage professionals working from home for 260 insurance firms throughout the country. With the FAIA partnership, it has 21 state agent associations that avail of its services for members.

"WAHVE widens the geographic horizons for insurance firms to find experienced commercial lines and personal lines customer service representatives (CSRs) as well as other staff," Bill Hunt, executive vice president and chief sales officer of WAHVE stated.

"Not only are experienced professionals available through WAHVE, but because of our in-depth screening and matching processes, we are able to find the expert who is the right fit for that particular agency's needs," he added.

"The hiring and retaining of the right people is a significant management challenge, especially as boomers retire in droves and millennial recruits are hard to find and train," noted FAIA member services director Dave Burt. "WAHVE offers insurance professionals with significant agency and carrier experience, including as customer service representatives (CSRs), in underwriting and with other vital workflows."
