ReSource Pro has announced its acquisition of Propellint, a technology services firm that focuses on the implementation and support of insurance platforms, including systems from Insurity.
Propellint offers services aimed at assisting insurance organizations with platform modernization and system upgrades. Its work centers on supporting complex data migrations and managing core system implementations, particularly for insurers looking to address limitations from legacy infrastructure.
According to ReSource Pro, the acquisition expands its ability to deliver services at the intersection of operations and technology. The deal adds to the company’s capabilities in workflow transformation and operational optimization, complementing its existing services with additional technology-focused offerings.
Dan Epstein (pictured above), CEO of ReSource Pro, said Propellint’s expertise in implementation and operational execution aligns with the company’s direction for growing its technology services.
“By continuing to strengthen our capabilities across multiple platforms, we’re delivering flexible, vendor-neutral solutions that help clients modernize, scale, and compete more effectively,” Epstein said.
The acquisition follows ReSource Pro’s purchase of Helix Agency Services last year. Helix, based in Texas, provides managed technology services to insurance agencies and brokers across the property and casualty sector.
That acquisition expanded ReSource Pro’s offerings in areas such as system administration, reporting, and automation, supporting broader digital transformation initiatives for clients.
In September, ReSource Pro also completed the acquisition of Lowry & Associates, a firm specializing in premium audit and underwriting survey solutions. That deal further diversified the company’s capabilities in back-end operational services.
As part of this expanded service model, ReSource Pro also launched Premium Audit Complete in February.
