It’s not easy for a new breed of professionals to navigate the changing conditions of the insurance landscape, but IBA believes there are up-and-coming stars who are already making their mark in the industry.
That is why the Rising Stars report, previously named Young Guns, is back seeking entries and looking to spotlight deserving individuals aged 35 or younger, which can be done via this online form. Self-nominations are also accepted.
“Receiving acknowledgement as one of winners was both a surprise and an honor. Also surprising was IBA’s reach,” says Kevin McDowell, 2019 award recipient. “I received feedback from colleagues I had lost touch with as well as folks I hoped to connect with as a result of receiving this recognition. I hope to pay it forward by nominating future leaders in our industry for this award.”
The successful candidates will be named both in the October issue of IBA magazine and online.
