Rogers & Gray Insurance has appointed Erin Schaaf as its new chief operating officer, the company has announced.

Schaaf has nearly three decades of industry experience. Before taking her new role at Rogers & Gray, she worked at Arbella Mutual, where she served in various leadership roles in personal lines products, underwriting and fraud detection. Most recently, she was the company’s assistant vice president for personal lines products.

Schaaf holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Bridgewater State University and a master’s in insurance management from Boston University. She also holds a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation.
