Risk Placement Services (RPS) has appointed Brian Foley as the leader of the company’s national personal lines practice.

The role is a new position created by RPS to advance the company’s growth in personal lines exclusive coverages, market relationships, and service capabilities, a release said.

As a member of the senior leadership team at RPS, Foley will lead the personal lines business strategies and implement key initiatives. He will also provide guidance and expertise to all of RPS’ personal lines practice teams.

Foley was most recently serving as head of personal lines product management at All Risks, where he also served a number of roles of increasing importance within All Risk’s personal lines division since 2012. Prior to joining the insurance industry, he served four years as a field artillery officer in the US Army, 82nd Airborne Division.

“RPS created this new role to continue our strong growth and profitability in personal lines placements across our organization,” said RPS president Joel Cavaness. “Brian brings the right combination of expertise, discipline and digital focus to succeed in driving our organization forward in the personal lines marketplace.”
