R-T Specilaty LLC, the wholesale brokerage arm of
Ryan Specialty Group LLC, announced on Jan. 11 its acquisition of Countrywide Brokerage’s assets; terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Countrywide Brokerage is a wholesale insurance brokerage established in 1995. The brokerage specializes in commercial and personal lines markets for consumers in western America.
Susan Brennan, president of Countrywide Brokerage, and her team will join RT Specialty’s operations in Seattle.
RT Specialty president and CEO Timothy W. Turner shared how Countrywide Brokerage’s experience would be invaluable to RT Specialty.
“Sue has built a superior broker team and binding authority platform that will complement our existing Seattle office and in the Northwest,” Turner said in a statement.
