Seeman Holtz Property & Casualty has announced the acquisition of Texas-based Dash Insurance Agency. Headquartered in Houston, Dash serves the Houston, Dallas and Fort Worth areas. The company will be joining Seeman Holtz’s Primera Capital team in Texas.

Seeman Holtz continues to acquire independent agencies as part of its expansion and growth plan. The Dash acquisition, announced December 29, was the company’s 23rd agency acquisition on 2017.

“Dash Insurance Agency will be added to our existing portfolio of agencies in our Primera Capital division,” said Marshal Seeman, president of Seeman Holtz. “This acquisition closes out 2017, but we are already set to have an even larger 2018.”
