Seeman Holtz Property & Casualty has announced the acquisition of a Texas-based insurance agency specializing in marine and motorcycle insurance.
Seeman Holtz has acquired Houston-based Elton Porter Insurance Agency. Members of Elton Porter’s sales and service team will be joining Seeman Holtz.
The acquisition is part of Seeman Holtz Property & Casualty’s strategy to target high-quality independent agencies for geographic expansion throughout the country. The company offers:
