Seeman Holtz Property & Casualty has revealed that it has acquired the life insurance business of Federal Employee Services, in Edmond, Oklahoma.

Federal Employee Services is a financial services company that serves civil service and military employees, helping them understand their financial options as rules and regulations change, a release said.

Following the transaction, Seeman Holtz will be handling and servicing all of the existing life insurance business for this group of federal employees.
