Georgia fraud investigators are on the tail of Ramarland Benning who used an alias to dupe his victims out of cash by posing as a GEICO agent named Marcus Brown.

Authorities fear that the motorists who transacted with him are going around the roads without valid insurance, without their knowledge.

“We’ve identified a couple of victims, but we suspect Marcus Brown probably had hundreds of victims and we want them to come forward,” deputy insurance commissioner Jay Florence said in a WSB-TV report.
