Connecticut based Jarrett Agency has announced a strategic alliance with the DiLorenzo and Rak insurance agencies, which also operate in the area.

The merger is expected to create a hub for personal, commercial and benefits clients to collectively grow their service base in the New England locale.

According to an online statement from the Jarrett Agency, it will continue to be part of the New England Insurance Alliance (NEIA), a 15-member independent insurance agency alliance. The group is based in Avon and Jarrett has been a member since 2011.

“We have been open to a partner who shares our belief and commitment to client service, our community, the independent agency system and the dedication to ethics and values we have practiced here in Enfield for many years,” Mark Zarcaro, Jarrett Agency partner, said in the statement.

“Their values and ours are in alignment and exactly what you’d look for in an established partner to join with for the future. Our combined resources will make us a regional entity, strongly positioned to meet the dynamics of an evolving market and strengthen our services to our personal and business clients,” new partner Michael DiLorenzo added.
