Tower Hill Specialty (THS) in Ohio has announced that it now offers property insurance policies in five states – Georgia, Indiana, Ohio, Texas and Wisconsin.
THS is the managing general agency subsidiary of Tower Hill Insurance Group. The company recently partnered with Aspen Managing General Agency to provide property programs in Texas.
Since launching in 2017, THS has offered property insurance for homeowners with niche risks, which include seasonal and rental homes, fixer-uppers, manufactured homes and vacant properties.
“We specialize in offering valuable products at competitive rates to underserved markets. Employing the latest technology and analytical tools, we’re in to keeping it simple for the agent and the customer,” commented THS CEO Manny Rios.
A release said that THS’s niche products are now available through Tower Hill Prime Insurance Company, which holds a Financial Strength Rating of A- from A.M. Best Company. Tower Hill Prime – with more than $105 million in surplus as of March 31,2018 – provides both personal lines and commercial lines products throughout the southeast, as well as in the newest markets served by THS.
THS also announced that its products are available in select states via Tower Hill Signature Insurance Company, an affiliate carrier that is part of the Tower Hill Family of Companies.
