USI Insurance Services has announced the acquisition of Colorado-based CB Insurance. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

CB Insurance and its predecessors have served Colorado for over 100 years. CB Insurance is currently one of the largest insurance brokerage firms in the state. It specializes in commercial and personal risk insurance programs.
