Midland Commerce Insurance has announced the purchase of St. Louis-based Dublin Insurance Agency.
Midland Commerce Insurance is a member of Valley Insurance Agency Alliance (VIAA), a network of more than 100 independent insurance agencies in Missouri and Illinois. Midland Commerce, located in St. Louis, is a full-service insurance agency specializing in workers’ compensation and liability insurance.
Dublin is a family-owned and operated company founded in 1964 by Tom Mooney and purchased by Eileen Markham in 1988. Markham and her employees will join Midland Commerce Insurance.

VIAA is a regional founding member of the Strategic Insurance Agency Alliance (SIAA). Its members generate more than $165 million in annual written premium.
