The call for entries for Insurance Business America’s Elite Women 2020 is underway. The annual list brings together top-performing female leaders who have enjoyed remarkable success in the business.
Tracy Dolin of S&P Global Ratings, previously named an Elite Woman, shared her view on how this accolade is a timely and much-needed platform for women to step up in a once male-dominated field.
“I consider making the 2019 IBA’s Elite Women list as a key career accomplishment,” she said. “As the insurance industry tries to keep pace with challenges and opportunities brought by digitalization, the protection gap, and evolving demographics, this is a very important time for women to share a different perspective and make their mark on the industry.”
