Schreck Insurance Group, of Muskego, Wisconsin, has announced a joint charity effort with the Muskego Food Pantry to provide food and basic necessities to struggling families in and around Waukesha County.

The Muskego Food Pantry has been feeding underprivileged community members since 2009. The Pantry said no one in need is turned away, and hungry families are able to receive fresh meat and produce, as well as toiletries and pet food.

“Hunger is a growing issue across Wisconsin, and this charity drive has a simple goal: to make sure no one in our community goes to sleep hungry,” said Steve Schreck, owner and manager of Schreck Insurance Group.

Shreck and his team are initiating a social media and email awareness campaign with the intention of gathering support from nearby families and business leaders. As well, Schreck Insurance Group will feature the Muskego Food Pantry charity drive in the upcoming edition of their monthly online magazine.

In addition to the current charity drive supporting the Muskego Food Pantry, Schreck Insurance Group has announced an ongoing community involvement campaign and has committed to assisting at least one new Milwaukee-area charity or cause every 60 days in the months to come.
