WTW has made two key leadership announcements, with Frank Scardino being tapped as North America strategic sales leader and leader of the Dallas market and Kenneth Gould taking on the role of strategic client engagement leader within corporate risk and broking (CRB) for North America.
Scardino comes to WTW from Lockton, where he held various leadership positions over 18 years. Most recently, he served as senior partner and president of Lockton’s Dallas office. Scardino brings extensive industry expertise in real estate, hospitality, and private equity, with a focus on new business production, strategic planning, and growth through effective client service management, retention, and strategic recruiting.
In this new role, he will report to Michael Chang, head of CRB North America, WTW. Additionally, he will work closely with Chuck Shay, the west region leader for the Dallas market, as part of his responsibilities, and will join the North American executive management team.
Gould is a veteran of the insurance industry with 40 years of experience and joins WTW from Lockton. While there, he held the position of executive vice president and producer. Gould’s insights and extensive experience will be instrumental, WTW noted, as CRB NA continues to drive growth in the F1000 segment.

Elsewhere for the global broker, WTW also recently announced the launch of Verita, a specialist managing general underwriter under the firm.
