XS Brokers, an independent insurance underwriting and wholesale brokerage group, has appointed Annie Dawson as senior vice president of national carrier relations and strategy.
Reporting to president Eric Wirkus, Dawson will lead the enhancement of carrier partnerships and broaden the company’s market initiatives in the United States.
With over 17 years of expertise in wholesale insurance, particularly in strategic planning and relationship development, Dawson's appointment strengthens XS Brokers' national presence.
"She will be instrumental in supporting our ambitious strategy to grow organically, as well as through targeted partnerships, throughout the country," Wirkus said in a press release.
"I am excited to join XS Brokers and develop lasting growth strategies with strong insurance carrier partners,” Dawson said. “This role will enable the firm to expand its offerings to our well-established retail agents and brokers."
Before joining XS Brokers, Dawson was a director for national binding authority at RT Specialty and has a robust background in commercial underwriting and marketing.
