Zurich Insurance Group has announced the appointments of Annarita Roscino (pictured above) as group claims data and insights leader and Nelcia Oliviera (pictured below) as regional chief claims officer for Latin America. Both will report to Ian Thompson, group chief claims officer.

In her new role, Roscino will focus on establishing and executing the group claims data and insight strategy. Roscino joined Zurich in 2006 in the UK, and most recently served as head of predictive analytics for UK operations.

Oliviera steps into a newly created role focused on providing leadership to the Latin American country teams and supporting the delivery of business priorities. Oliviera joined Zurich in 2006 in Brazil as a claims specialist for marine, property and liability, and has held several P&C and life claims leadership roles with the company. Prior to taking on her new position, she served as head of technical claims excellence for Latin America.
