SUITELIFE Underwriting Managers, a managing general underwriter for full-service hotels, premier hotels, boutique hotels, condo-hotels, resorts and hotel management companies, has announced the launch of its Franchise Hotel Program. SUITELIFE is part of the Ryan Specialty group of companies within the firm’s underwriting managers specialty, Ryan Specialty Underwriting Managers.

The Franchise Hotel Program focuses primarily on three-star full-service hotels, limited-service hotels, smaller independent hotels and boutique hotels. The program is available throughout the US except for Alaska, Hawaii and the US territories. It is underwritten by an A+ rated carrier.

“The SUITELIFE Program is recognized nationwide for comprehensive insurance coverage, unparalleled risk management expertise and superior service,” said John Welty, president of SUITELIFE. “We are thrilled to expand our offering to include the Franchise Hotel Program, allowing us to reach an even broader segment of the hospitality industry.”

SUITELIFE also has an alternative market to provide coverage for distinguished inns, bed-and-breakfasts, non-franchised independent hotels, hunting and fishing lodges, and coastal locations.

In addition, SUITELIFE has adopted an agreement with Key Risk Insurance Group to provide standalone workers’ compensation coverage.
